Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, provide information and assistance, and ensure a positive guest experience. Maintain personnel and possession of registration deck.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
- Coordinate guest reservations and special requests.
- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation.
- Process guest payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address guest needs.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Provide information about local attractions and services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with hotel management software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and protocols.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
