About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to operate and maintain production equipment in our facility. You’ll ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing processes, perform quality checks, and adhere to safety standards. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude and a commitment to quality work.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Record production data and maintain accurate logs.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Identify and report any equipment or process issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic mechanical and technical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
- Attention to detail and quality focus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
