About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with our clients. The manager will ensure client satisfaction, address concerns, and promote our products or services.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Promote products or services to existing clients.
  • Gather client feedback and suggestions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
  • Manage client accounts and renewals.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests.
  • Track client performance and provide updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer success or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Experience with SaaS products.
