About the Role
St. Mary’s Medical Center seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care in our fast-paced medical/surgical unit. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care while advocating for patient needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Coordinate care transitions with healthcare team
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Maintain strict infection control standards
Requirements
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- 2+ years acute care experience
- Strong clinical judgment skills
- Flexibility for rotating shifts
- Physical stamina for 12-hour shifts
