About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and patient Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and non-technical issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Update customers on the status of their issues and any necessary follow-up actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes
- Meet and exceed customer service metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience (1 year minimum)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and principles
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
