Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, staffing coordination, and safety compliance for our growing logistics team.
Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ associate team
- Optimize picking/packing workflows
- Conduct inventory audits
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols
- Prepare shipping documentation
- Troubleshoot WMS discrepancies
Requirements
- 3+ years warehouse management
- Forklift certification
- WMS proficiency (SAP preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma training
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
