About the Role
Lead data-driven initiatives to optimize business strategies and drive decision-making. Develop predictive models and advanced analytics solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models for real-time data processing
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI/ML solutions
- Present insights to executive stakeholders
- Optimize data pipelines for scalability
- Stay current with emerging data science methodologies
Requirements
- Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Python/R and SQL
- Expertise with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Spark
- Proven track record deploying ML models in production
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Kafka)
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
