About the Role

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, answering questions about products
- Operate cash registers, manage transactions and handle returns
- Organize inventory to ensure sufficient stock and visually appealing displays
- Maintain sales floor cleanliness and merchandising standards
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs
- Track daily sales metrics and provide feedback to management
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales goals and initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
- Basic knowledge of clothing sizes, styles, and trends
- Good standing and ability to lift 20 lb for inventory purposes
