About the Role
Lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions at a high-growth tech company. You’ll design, train, and deploy machine learning models that directly impact millions of users. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on implementation across various AI domains including NLP and computer vision.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and deployment
- Develop and optimize deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data infrastructure
- Create A/B testing frameworks to measure model performance
- Mentor junior engineers on best ML practices
- Research and prototype emerging AI technologies
- Deploy models to production using containerization and cloud services
Requirements
- MS or PhD in Computer Science or related quantitative field
- 5+ years production experience with ML systems
- Expertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software design
- Experience with MLOps tools like Kubeflow or MLflow
- Publications in top ML conferences preferred
- Experience with distributed computing (Spark, Hadoop)
