About the Role
CryptoFin seeks a VP of Blockchain Development to lead our decentralized finance (DeFi) initiatives. You’ll architect secure smart contracts, manage cross-chain integrations, and drive Web3 innovation. This role combines technical leadership with strategic decision-making for a rapidly growing fintech firm.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Ethereum/Solana/Polygon protocol development
- Design tokenomics models
- Ensure audit compliance for smart contracts
- Collaborate with legal teams on regulatory matters
- Recruit and manage engineering teams
- Present at blockchain conferences
Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering
- 5+ years leading blockchain projects
- Expertise in Solidity, Rust, and Node.js
- Deep knowledge of consensus algorithms
- Proven DeFi product launches
- Active GitHub portfolio
