Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support employee development and performance management
- Address employee relations and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR management experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with HRIS and talent management systems
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Bachelorβs degree in HR or related field
