Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests
- Process payments
- Manage room assignments
- Handle guest complaints
- Promote hotel amenities
- Balance daily reports
Requirements
- Hospitality degree preferred
- 1+ year hotel experience
- Opera PMS knowledge
- Multilingual skills a plus
- Customer service focus
