About the Role
Bright Horizons Preschool seeks a passionate educator to foster early childhood development through play-based learning. You’ll create lesson plans, communicate with parents, and maintain a safe classroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Monitor student progress and behavior
- Collaborate with teaching team
- Organize classroom materials
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences
- Attend staff development workshops
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education
- State teaching certification
- 1+ years classroom experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Knowledge of Montessori methods
- Background check clearance
