About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with a variety of health needs
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients and families on health and wellness topics
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current RN license and NP certification
- Proficient in diagnosing and treating common illnesses/injuries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong compassion and empathy for patients
