Responsibilities
- Assist customers with merchandise selection and checkout
- Manage in-store events and promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized shopping environment
- Provide feedback to management on customer experience
- Replenish stock and manage inventory levels
- Uphold company standards throughout shifts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Passion for retail and providing world-class customer service
