About the Role
Southwest Retail Co. seeks part-time Sales Associates for our Albuquerque location. Role includes customer service, inventory management, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Evening/weekend availability required.
Responsibilities
- Process POS transactions
- Achieve $500/day sales target
- Restock shelves and size merchandise
- Assist with inventory counts
- Resolve customer complaints
- Implement promotional displays
- Maintain clean fitting rooms
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1+ year retail experience
- Familiarity with Shopify POS
- Ability to stand 8 hours
- Basic math skills
- Fashion/style awareness
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
