About the Role
Join our friendly retail team at Home & Hearth, providing excellent customer service in a home goods environment. You’ll assist customers, maintain store presentation, and process transactions while representing our brand values.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selection
- Operate POS system and process payments
- Maintain clean and organized store displays
- Receive and organize merchandise shipments
- Meet individual sales goals
- Process returns and exchanges
- Participate in inventory counts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year retail experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic math and computer skills
