About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team and help shape the minds of young learners. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually. You will work closely with families to support each child’s individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Create a safe and engaging classroom environment
- Observe and assess children’s progress
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff
- Plan and lead educational activities and play
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization
- Attend professional development workshops
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
- State teaching certification for early childhood
- 1+ years of experience in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of child development principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and creativity in working with young children
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check
