About the Role
Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance operations for our 200-room property. Drive guest satisfaction scores while managing daily staffing and resolving service issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage shift operations across departments
- Resolve guest complaints promptly
- Coach and train frontline staff
- Monitor property management systems
- Conduct quality assurance inspections
- Manage inventory of guest supplies
- Coordinate with sales and events teams
- Implement brand service standards
Requirements
- 3+ years hotel operations experience
- Associate degree in hospitality preferred
- Proficiency with Opera PMS
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility for varied shifts/weekends
- Leadership and team-building abilities
- Knowledge of housekeeping standards
- Multilingual skills a plus
