About the Role
Lead and inspire a team as the Retail Store Manager at Urban Outfitters. You’ll drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in our dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and team schedules
- Meet and exceed sales and productivity goals
- Manage inventory levels and reduce loss through accurate receiving, transfers, and processing
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead your team to do the same
- Collaborate with District Manager to implement strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in retail (2+ years as a Store Manager or equivalent)
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
