Job Description
About the Role
Provide in-home care services to elderly and disabled clients. Assist with daily living activities and promote client independence. Follow care plans developed by nurses.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
- Administer medications as directed by care plan
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare professionals
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Home Health Aide required
- Current CPR certification
- 1+ year experience providing in-home patient care
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
