About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to ensure our manufacturing equipment runs smoothly. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and repairing machinery to minimize downtime.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Ensure equipment operates within safety and performance standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns
- Assist in the installation of new machinery
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic
- Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Experience with CNC machinery is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
