About the Role
Front Desk Receptionist to provide a welcoming and professional experience to guests. Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and handle guest inquiries to ensure a seamless stay.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
- Process reservations and manage room availability.
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures.
- Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Uphold high standards of service and courtesy to guests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 6 months of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
