About the Role
Join our team as a Management Trainee and learn the fundamentals of hospitality management in a luxury hotel setting. Gain hands-on experience across departments to build foundational skills for a managerial career.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through hotel departments including front desk, concierge, reservations, and catering
- Assist management in strategic planning, event coordination, and guest relations
- Resolve operational issues, address client concerns, and ensure timely service delivery
- Implement standard operating procedures for front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Analyze and report on daily operations, providing recommendations for improvement
- Support marketing and social media efforts to promote hotel services and events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in hospitality management and desire to pursue a leadership role
- Previous customer service experience in a hospitality environment preferred
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
