About the Role
Join our team as an insurance claim adjuster and help process and settle customer claims efficiently and fairly. In this role, you’ll investigate claims, negotiate settlements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Investigate claims and gather evidence
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and providers
- Maintain accurate records and documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Coordinate with other departments and insurance providers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in claims adjusting or a related field
- Strong investigatory and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
