About the Role
Install and maintain residential/commercial HVAC systems for Desert Air Solutions. Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues while providing exemplary customer service in the Phoenix metro area.
Responsibilities
- Perform system diagnostics
- Charge refrigeration systems
- Replace compressors/coils
- Educate clients on maintenance
- Maintain service vehicle inventory
- Update digital work orders
- Meet EPA compliance standards
Requirements
- EPA 608 Universal Certification
- 3+ years field experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Own tools (company provides van)
- Knowledge of NATE standards
- Flexibility for on-call shifts
- Physical ability for attic/crawlspace work
