Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies that effectively reach and convert our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Manage sales pipelines and forecasts
  • Monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Stay updated with the latest sales trends and tools
  • Communicate sales strategies and results to stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor the sales team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales leadership (5+ years)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
