About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. You will provide essential care to patients, assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role is critical in supporting nurses and enhancing patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Assist nurses with medical procedures as needed
- Follow care plans and report changes in patient condition
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in the state of employment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
