Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and staff performance
- Handle guest bookings, check-ins, and check-outs
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Train and develop front desk team members
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 3+ years of experience in front desk management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with hotel management software
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Good problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
