About the Role
Experienced lender to manage $25M+ commercial loan portfolio. Build relationships with business clients, analyze financials, and structure SBA/Conventional loans. Hybrid work model available.
Responsibilities
- Originate $3-5M/month in new loans
- Analyze business financial statements
- Structure loan terms within risk parameters
- Cross-sell treasury management services
- Maintain CRM pipeline
- Attend local business networking events
Requirements
- 5+ years commercial lending experience
- Strong understanding of SBA 7a/504 programs
- Bachelor’s in Finance or related field
- Proven track record of loan growth
- NMLS registration (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent presentation skills
