About the Role
Urban Collective Apparel seeks a Store Manager to lead our downtown flagship location. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales, and cultivate exceptional customer experiences while developing your team.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Manage inventory levels and visual merchandising
- Recruit, train, and coach team members
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
- Handle customer escalations effectively
- Ensure store compliance and loss prevention
- Manage scheduling and payroll
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years retail management experience
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Inventory management expertise
- Ability to work weekends/holidays
- Visual merchandising competency
