About the Role
We need a skilled Commercial Plumber for installation and repair projects in commercial buildings. You’ll read blueprints, install piping systems, and ensure code compliance. This mid-career position offers diverse projects and opportunities for specialization in commercial plumbing systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems
- Interpret blueprints and building specifications
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety
- Collaborate with construction teams
- Maintain accurate service records
Requirements
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license
- 3+ years commercial plumbing experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
- OSHA safety certification
