About the Role
Caring Solutions Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse for our senior living facility. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications under physician direction
- Monitor vital signs and patient wellbeing
- Collaborate with nursing assistants and therapists
- Prepare detailed care reports and documentation
- Assist residents with meals, grooming, and mobility
- Educate patients/families about medical conditions
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Nebraska
- 1+ years long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication/patient assessment skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when assisting residents
- Knowledge of electronic medical record systems (EMR)
- Shift availability including some weekends
