Job Description
About the Role
Provide essential patient care services in a 200-bed skilled nursing facility. Support RNs with daily living activities, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring for geriatric patients.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing/grooming
- Turn/reposition bedridden patients
- Document food/fluid intake
- Transfer patients using Hoyer lifts
- Monitor skin integrity
- Respond to call lights
- Escort patients to therapies
Requirements
- Valid state CNA certification
- BLS certification
- 6 months LTC experience
- Physical stamina for 12-hour shifts
- TB test/vaccination records
- COVID vaccination required
- Night shift availability
