About the Role
We’re hiring friendly Retail Sales Associates for our busy store location. You’ll assist customers, process transactions, and maintain store displays. This entry-level position is ideal for those who enjoy customer interaction and working in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers
- Operate cash register and process payments
- Maintain clean and organized store displays
- Answer customer questions about products
- Stock shelves and monitor inventory
- Process shipments and price merchandise
- Upsell and suggest additional products
- Follow all store policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Excellent communication skills
