About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team. This role involves receiving, storing, and shipping inventory while maintaining the accuracy of records. The Warehouse Worker will work in a fast-paced environment to ensure efficient operations and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy of quantities.
- Store inventory in designated areas following proper organization procedures
- Pick and pack orders accurately, ensuring the right items and quantities are prepared
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to manage inventory levels and replenishments.
- Update inventory management systems with accurate data about each order.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a warehouse worker.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Certification to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and labels.
