About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Concierge to join our hospitality team. As a Hotel Concierge, you will be responsible for greeting guests, making reservations, and providing information on local attractions and services.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out
- Make reservations for restaurants, attractions, and transportation
- Provide information on local attractions and services
- Answer guest inquiries and resolve complaints
- Maintain accurate guest records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous concierge or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
