About the Role
Join our compassionate team and provide essential care to patients in a supportive healthcare environment. As a CNA, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and work closely with nurses and doctors to ensure high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
- Turn and reposition bedridden patients to prevent bedsores.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
- Follow all healthcare protocols and procedures.
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
