About the Role
Join our compassionate healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing facility. You’ll administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with daily living activities
- Document patient care in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Maintain infection control standards
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
Requirements
- Current LPN license in state of practice
- 1+ years clinical experience preferred
- CPR certification required
- Knowledge of nursing care methods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
