About the Role
Urban Style Retail seeks a part-time Sales Associate for our downtown Atlanta location. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service while processing transactions, maintaining visual displays, and achieving sales goals. This role balances operational tasks with personalized client engagement in a high-energy fashion environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide styling recommendations
- Operate POS system for purchases/returns
- Replenish merchandise and maintain floor sets
- Assist with inventory counts and stockroom organization
- Achieve individual sales targets
- Implement loss prevention procedures
- Process shipment deliveries twice weekly
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail or customer service experience
- Weekend availability
- Knowledge of fashion trends
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
- Comfort using tablet-based POS systems
- Multilingual abilities (Spanish preferred)
