Responsibilities
- Greet customers and seat them at tables
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
- Serve dishes prepared by kitchen staff
- Handle customer inquiries and address concerns
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of dining tables
- Process payments and issue receipts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and carry trays
