Responsibilities
- Oversee 500+ engineer team
- Manage $1B+ R&D budget
- Coordinate with FAA/EASA certification
- Implement Model-Based Systems Engineering
- Develop hydrogen propulsion systems
- Optimize composite manufacturing
- Ensure AS9100 compliance
Requirements
- MS in Aerospace Engineering
- 15+ years aviation experience
- PMP certification
- Familiarity with CATIA
- Commercial aircraft program leadership
- Knowledge of FAR Part 25
- Security clearance required
