About the Role
We are looking for a Banquet Server to provide excellent dining experiences at our events. This role is essential for ensuring guest satisfaction and supporting our vibrant events team.
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down banquet equipment
- Serve food and beverages during events
- Ensure prompt and courteous service
- Accurate billing for all services provided
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas
- Assist with inventory management of event supplies
- Provide exceptional guest assistance whenever necessary
- Acknowledge and ensure all compliance from guests towards rules and restaurant policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Food handler’s certification
- Experience serving in a formal dining setting
