About the Role

Provide a warm, welcoming experience for guests from check-in to checkout. Process reservations, payments, and special requests while creating personalized connections that build loyalty to our 4-star resort.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival, answer questions and provide helpful information
  • Check guests in/out efficiently while upselling resort amenities
  • Process reservation requests, cancellations and special requirements
  • Manage room assignments, housekeeping coordination and inventory
  • Handle billing, payments and address any guest billing disparities
  • Assist guests with restaurant reservations, event ticket purchases
  • Maintain communication with hotel departments (housekeeping, concierge)
  • Resolve guest complaints and escalate issues promptly as needed
  • Operate guest services software, credit card payment processing
  • Provide tour suggestions, cultural recommendations and off-property referrals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience in hospitality front desk or customer service
  • Strong multitasking, organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency using hotel reservation systems (Opera, Oracle, Micros/Fidelio)
  • Knowledge of luxury hotel operations, VIP guest handling
  • Exceptional interpersonal/communication skills with diverse guests
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including peak evenings and weekends
