Oceanfront Resort seeks maintenance tech to repair HVAC systems, plumbing emergencies, and guest room appliances across 300-room beachfront property.
Responsibilities
- Respond to maintenance tickets
- Preventive equipment upkeep
- Paint/drywall repairs
- Pool pump maintenance
- LED lighting retrofits
- Elevator safety checks
- Snow removal operations
Requirements
- HVAC certification preferred
- 3+ years facilities experience
- CPO pool certification
- Basic electrical skills
- Valid driver’s license
- On-call rotation required
- Ladder safety training
