About the Role
Ensure the safety and functionality of our facilities as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, by performing preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- troubleshoot and repair system issues as they arise
- Document maintenance activities and update reports
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members and contractors
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Trade-specific certifications or apprenticeships preferred
- Solid experience in facilities maintenance or a related field (3+ years)
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
