About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The role involves providing direct patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring a safe and healing environment. The impact is significant, directly improving patient outcomes and quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patients’ signs, symptoms, and changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of New York.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred, but not required.
- One year of clinical experience in an acute care setting.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
