About the Role
The Grand Horizon Hotel is seeking friendly and professional Front Desk Agents to provide outstanding guest service. You will check guests in and out, handle reservations, and assist with inquiries. This role is perfect for those who enjoy hospitality and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Process reservations and handle cancellations.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services.
- Resolve guest complaints or escalate issues as needed.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of room rates, promotions, and policies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
