About the Role
Learn the electrical trade with Lone Star Electrical Services through hands-on training and classroom instruction. Assist licensed electricians while earning your journeyman license in residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of electrical systems
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Read basic blueprints and diagrams
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Pull wire through conduits
- Install electrical boxes and fixtures
- Troubleshoot basic electrical issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to work in various environments
- Willingness to attend night classes
- 1 year construction experience preferred
