About the Role
We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team, ensuring the efficient handling and distribution of goods. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting a safe work environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with cycle counting and inventory audits.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable standing and walking for long periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Forklift certification preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
