About the Role
Bright Horizons Academy seeks a passionate 3rd Grade Teacher to foster a supportive learning environment. Deliver engaging lessons aligned with state standards and support diverse student needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans for core subjects
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations
- Collaborate with parents and staff on student development
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom culture
- Integrate technology into daily instruction
- Attend IEP meetings and implement accommodations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- Valid state teaching certification (K-6)
- 2+ years classroom experience
- Proficiency with educational technology platforms
- Strong classroom management skills
- First Aid/CPR certification
